 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">This feature class is updated every business day from NDEP's WART database.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><SPAN>This dataset contains the spatial information for all current and historical lakes, rivers, wetlands, marshes, and ponds that the BWQP has assessed and included in the Clean Water Act integrated reporting cycles.  Its keyed of WaterBody ID (Assessment Unit ID) and can be related to monitoring stations and water quality data throughout the state. Additional Metadata for this dataset is stored in the BWQP database.  The geometry data in this dataset is what drives the Total acres of waterbodies assessed which is described in a series of Integrated Reports available on the NDEP website.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>This data can be used internally and externally and is already shared with the EPA. This is the official spatial dataset moving forward and any future mapping, dashboard, or other visual products based on BWQP data collection and assessment activities should use this data set.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
