Abstract: The feature class consists of Nye County Assessor's parcels with selected attributes from Nye County and information from NDWR that identifies parcels for which water rights have been relinquished, or dedicated, for the drilling and use of domestic wells. Domestic use and domestic purposes are defined by Nevada Revised Statutes 534.013 and 534.180.
