This feature class is updated every business day from the Permit database. The Lower White River Flow System (LWRFS), located in southern Nevada, is a joint administrative unit that comprises Coyote Spring Valley, Muddy River Springs Area, California Wash, Garnet Valley, Hidden Valley, and a portion of the Black Mountains Area (State Engineer’s Interim Order 1303). This feature layer contains Points of Diversion (POD) of interest for the Lower White River Flow System. These include permits with the application status of certificated or permitted in basins 210, 215, 216, 217, 218 and 219.
