Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><P><SPAN>This dataset identifies problems with water rights and/or mapping that need to be resolved prior to the approval of further transactions in the area. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Mapping issues may represent:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>stacks - two sets of active water rights on top of each other</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>tabular – water right retirement that was approved without a map</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>rendering – water right transfers that happened out of order</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>short – water right changes that exceed the water that is available; not enough water available in the PLSS quarter-quarter.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>missing data – lack of documentation to support water right change.</SPAN></P></LI></UL><P><SPAN>Representation:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>Permit_primary – Permit that identified the mapping issue.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>Permits_affected – Related permits that may contribute to the mapping issue.</SPAN></P></LI></UL><P><SPAN>Date of Creation – 2015</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>This dataset is updated whenever there is a change to a water right within the Newlands Mapping Project that happens within the area of concern.
