Service Description: This dataset contains the points of diversion (POD) for water rights based on the coordinate location (XY) provided in the NDWR’s Permit Database. Since there can be multiple permits on the same POD site, this dataset contains duplicate point features where several permits may be stacked on top of each other spatially. The advantage to using this dataset is that all permits in NDWR’s Permit database are available. Use a filter or definition query to restrict the permits needed.
