Description: The parcel datasets are provided by the assessor offices for each Nevada county to the Nevada Division of State Lands (NDSL). The parcel data is normalized to a standard format for all counties and projected to UTM NAD83 Zone 11N. You will find a link to the county assessor website for each parcel. Digitized parcels in GIS format are not available for Esmeralda County.PLEASE NOTE: Nevada County parcels obtained by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) can NOT be downloaded and shared with the public or another government agency. Description: The 2002 Conservation Bond Program became known as the "Question 1 Program" when the Proposal to Issue Bonds for Conservation and Resource Protection under Assembly Bill No. 9 of the 17th Special Session appeared number 1 on the State of Nevada voter’s ballot. Nevada voters passed Question 1, thereby authorizing the State of Nevada to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $200 million. The Nevada Division of State Lands has granted awards to counties, municipalities, state agencies, and non-profit conservation organizations for the purpose of protecting, preserving, and obtaining the benefits of the property and natural resources of the State of Nevada. This dataset of Question 1 completed projects includes conservation easements and fee titles for nonrevocable agreements to restrict property.
